MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) is a long-term residence visa program operated by the Malaysian government. Major condition changes were made in October 2021, and there are now four categories to choose from (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Special Economic Zone).

• Long-Term Stay – Residence permit from up to 20 years (Platinum) to 5 years (Silver)
• Freedom of Entry/Exit – Multiple entry visa allows unlimited entries and exits
• Dependents Allowed – Spouse, unmarried children under 21, parents (over 60)
• Property Purchase – Property purchase required according to category
• Fixed Deposit – Fixed deposit in a Malaysian bank required
