MM2H Cancellation
Information about MM2H cancellation procedures.
For those ending their long-term stay in Malaysia and returning to Japan or other countries, MM2H visa cancellation procedure is required. We support smooth visa cancellation and fixed deposit termination procedures.
MM2H Visa Cancellation Process

Contact Us
Please inform us of your intention and reason for visa cancellation. We will guide you through the cancellation procedure.

Payment of Agency Fee
Please pay the handling fee for the cancellation procedure.

Document Preparation
Please prepare the following documents:
- Copy of passport photo page
- Copy of fixed deposit certificate
- Copy of MM2H visa page
- Copy of approval letter
- Confirmation of departure flight from Malaysia

Preliminary Application
Preliminary application can be made 1 month before your departure. We will submit documents to the Ministry of Tourism on your behalf.

Main Application (In Malaysia)
Please visit our Malaysia branch and hand over your passport. Our staff will complete the cancellation procedure at the Immigration Department.

Document Return
After the procedure is complete, we will return your passport and the “Fixed Deposit Termination Permit”. This permit allows you to close your bank account and transfer funds.
