Part-time Work Permit Application

MM2H holders are not allowed to work full-time in Malaysia. Applicants over 50 years old may work part-time up to 20 hours per week. In this case, a “Part-time Work Permit” must be obtained.

MM2H holders can become investors (shareholders) or directors, but cannot conduct business on the front lines. A work visa is required to conduct business.

Contact Us

Please send us your passport photo page and visa page, along with information about your employer.

Payment of Agency Fee

Please pay our agency service fee.

Prepare Required Documents

  • Copy of passport photo page and MM2H visa
  • Copy of Approval Letter
  • Offer letter from employer
  • Company registration certificate of employer
  • Passport photo with blue background (3.5×5.0cm) – 1 copy
  • Other documents will be prepared by us (client signature only)

Document Submission and Review by Ministry of Tourism

Our staff will submit application documents to the Ministry of Tourism on your behalf. Review takes approximately 2 months.

Work Permit Issuance Procedure

Visit our Malaysia branch and hand over your passport. Our staff will process the work permit at the Ministry of Tourism on your behalf.

Passport Return

Once the procedure is complete, we will contact you to return the passport.

The Malaysian government (Immigration) may suddenly change application requirements or required documents. We cannot be held responsible for government changes to conditions.

For Customers Outside Kuala Lumpur

In addition to Kuala Lumpur, we have branches in Penang and Johor Bahru. Customers who cannot visit the Kuala Lumpur branch can process applications at either the Penang or Johor Bahru branch.

Submit required documents and sign at each branch, then send to the Kuala Lumpur branch via DHL courier service. Round-trip delivery cost is RM200.
