About Interpretation Accompaniment Support
We provide interpretation support at banks, police stations, JPJ (Road Transport Department), hospitals, shopping, and more.
When communication is not smooth, minor misunderstandings can develop into major problems. Especially at banks where money is involved, you want to avoid trouble. For example, there is a tendency for Japanese people to nod and say “Yes. Yes.” without fully understanding, and we often hear cases where their assets at banks were used for investment products without their knowledge.
Besides banks, when you have been a victim of something, lost necessary documents, etc., you may need a police report at the police station. Tropical provides a wide range of interpretation accompaniment support for such procedures at police stations, license renewal or conversion at JPJ (Road Transport Department), hospital visits, shopping, and more.
RM300 per session (up to 2 hours)
- After 2 hours, an additional RM50 will be charged for every 30 minutes.
- Time is calculated from departure from Tropical office until return to office
- Waiting time at the location is included
- If the destination is not near our office or you require pickup, an additional travel fee will be charged (travel fees vary by location, please inquire)
- This is accompaniment support only; telephone interpretation support is not provided
