Step-by-step guide to the MM2H application process.
MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home) is a long-term stay visa program promoted by the Malaysian government. A new system started in 2024, allowing selection from 4 categories: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Special Economic Zone.

Partial Withdrawal of Fixed Deposit
★50% of the fixed deposit must be maintained during the visa holding period.
After obtaining MM2H visa, up to 50% of the fixed deposit can be withdrawn for property purchase, children’s education expenses, medical expenses, or domestic travel.
*For partial withdrawal due to property purchase, Platinum, Gold, and Silver categories allow withdrawal for properties purchased up to 2 years before MM2H acquisition. For Special Economic Zone, properties purchased up to 6 months before MM2H acquisition are eligible for withdrawal.

- Open a bank account in Malaysia and deposit the fixed deposit
- Medical examination at a Malaysian clinic
- Purchase medical insurance (under 60 years old)
- Our staff will go to the Ministry of Tourism and obtain the MM2H visa
