Sarawak MM2H (S-MM2H) is a unique long-term visa program operated by Sarawak State. It has its own conditions separate from the federal MM2H, including no property purchase requirement.

Sarawak MM2H Application Requirements
As proof of financial capability, you must meet both asset and income requirements below.

Sarawak MM2H Application Process
Step 1: Document Preparation
- Complete the application form prepared by us
- Income proof: 3 months salary or pension statements with bank statements
- Alternatively, 3 months fixed deposit proof
- Employment certificate
- Police clearance certificate
- Family register (married applicants only)
- Full passport copy
- 6 passport photos (color, blue background) per person
Step 2: Visit Sarawak for Application
- Medical examination (blood test, chest X-ray, urine test)
- Insurance enrollment (Sarawak insurance company required)
- Bank account opening and fixed deposit application
- Document authentication procedures
- Approximately 5 days stay required
Step 3: Return to Sarawak for Visa Issuance
- Approval letter issued 5-6 months after Step 2
- Pay MM2H visa fee at Immigration and receive visa sticker
- Please plan with sufficient time margin

Fixed Deposit Withdrawal
After 1 year of obtaining the visa, up to 50% can be withdrawn for property purchase in Sarawak, medical expenses, children’s education, or new car purchase.
