The primary aim of this visa program is to provide a gateway for individuals to live, work, or study in Malaysia, fostering economic growth, cultural exchange, and innovation within the country.

Applicants eligible to apply for the Premium Visa include investors, entrepreneurs, and foreign talents who meet the specified financial criteria set by the Malaysian government.

Perks of the PVIP visa.

  • Long-Term Residency: The PVIP visa will allow holders to reside in Malaysia for a period of 20 years, with the option to renew for an additional 20 years.
  • Flexibility of Movement: Holders of the Premium Visa for expatriates (PVIP) will enjoy the freedom to enter and leave the country as they please, without being subject to any minimum physical stay requirements.
  • Inclusion of Dependants: Visa holders will have the option to bring their dependants with them to Malaysia, including older children and parents. Additionally, holders will have the option of being accompanied by one housekeeper.
  • Employment Opportunities: PVIP holders will be permitted to engage in legal employment in Malaysia, offering them opportunities to contribute to the local economy. Furthermore, their children will have the freedom to pursue education within Malaysia’s educational system.
