1999 April Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. is established as a long stay support company in Penang.
As of October 2021, the company has assisted over 2,000 Japanese and foreigners with MM2H visa applications.
November Representative Ishihara publishes ‘Penang Living Guide’ from Hima Press.
2002 April Obtained licence to apply on behalf of Malaysia My Second Home Programme and started MM2H application services.
2003 April Obtained Malaysia Inbound Travel Agency licence. Started long-stay preview and experience tours (In cooperation with Nippon Travel Agency, Kinki Nippon Tourist, JTB, etc.).

Handled more than 20,000 tour participants.

November Our Penang office is accredited as a Penang outlet by the Long Stay Foundation under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
2006 February Kuala Lumpur Office opened. Recognised as a Kuala Lumpur outlet by the Long Stay Foundation.
July President Ishihara publishes ‘Retirement Paradise Penang’ from Hima Press.
2007 Introduces Malaysian real estate to the Japanese market.

Over 400 properties sold.

2008 April Tropical Resort Lifestyle Japan established and liaison office opened in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
2009 March Joined Apamanshop, a major Japanese real estate brokerage chain, and opened Kuala Lumpur and Penang branches.

Entrusted with more than 200 units of Property for management.

2011 June President Ishihara publishes ‘Malaysia: the No.1 Candidate Country for Escape from Japan’ from Chikuma Shobo. The book tops the charts in the ‘Property Investment’ and ‘Southeast Asia’ sections of Amazon.com, and was reprinted three times.
2011 Johor Bahru branch and Tokyo office opened.
2012 July Cosmos Plan Sdn. Bhd. Established the real estate division of Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. transferred to Cosmos Plan Sdn Bhd.
October Cosmos Plan Ltd established in Japan.
Made the sole agent of 「Tropical Resort Lifestyle」and 「Cosmos Plan」in Japan, office opened in Nihonbashi Kodenmacho, Tokyo.
2013 July New website for all about Malaysian real estate created: www.totalmalaysiafudosan.jp
2018 Became a corporate member of the Non Profit Organization, Study Abroad Support Council.
