MM2H：Add On Dependent

After obtaining the MM2H visa, it is possible to apply for add on dependent for family members. Spouse, children under the age of 21, unmarried children between the ages of 21 and 34, and parents aged 60 and above can apply for 「Add on Dependent」.

For spouses and children aged 34 and below, a 5-year dependent pass will be granted.
However, for parents aged 60 and above, the dependent visa is subject to renewal every six months.

Need to travel to Malaysia twice for add on dependent process (First: for the application submission, Second: for the visa issuance procedure)

STEP 1 Contact Our Company

Please submit the passport information of the dependent wish to be added.

STEP 3 First Flight to Malaysia: Preparation of Documents Required for Add On Dependent

  • Copy of the main applicant’s passport photo page 　●Copy of main applicant’s MM2H Visa
  • Copy of Approval Letter ● Copy of Dependent’s passport photo page
  • If Spouse: Marriage Cert (Eng)　●If Children: birth cert (Eng)　●Certification documents issued by the bank which your fixed deposit placed
  • Simple Medical Check-up　●Enroll in Insurance (Under 60 years old）●Certificate of Good Conduct　●Blue back ground passport size photo x 2（3.5ｘ5.0cm）
STEP 4 Review By The Ministry of Tourism

Our staff will submit the add on application to the Ministry of Tourism on your behalf.

The review process takes approximately 1 to 2 months. Once the Add on approval letter is issued, we will contact you promptly.
STEP 5 Second Flight to Malaysia: Visa Issuance Procedure

Visit one of our branches in Malaysia to submit original passport and pay the visa fee.

Our staff will then complete the visa issuance procedure on your behalf at the Ministry of Tourism.
STEP 6 Returning Documents

Once the procedure is complete, we will contact you and return the passport along with the visa fee receipt.

For customers staying outside of Kuala Lumpur within Malaysia

Except Kuala Lumpur, our company also have branches in Penang and Johor Bahru. Customers who are unable to visit the Kuala Lumpur branch can apply visa balance procedures through the Penang or Johor Bahru branch.

Our Penang and Johor branches will collect your signatures on the required documents, your old and new passports, and the visa fee. The collected documents will then be sent to our Kuala Lumpur branch via DHL. DHL’s secure delivery service for valuables is highly reliable, and to date, there have been no cases of lost items. However, please note that we are not take responsibility for any issues that may arise during DHL’s handling.

The delivery fee will be RM200 for round-trip service. We kindly ask for your consideration.
