PVIP : Conditions and Procedures

Conditions for the Premium Visa NEW

Proof of Income Monthly Salary of MYR 40,000

or

MYR 480,000

Fixed Deposit Post Approval, the applicant is required to maintain a fixed deposit account with a Malaysian Bank.

Fixed Deposit Amount : MYR 1,000,000

<Withdrawal of Fixed Deposit>

The applicant may withdraw up to 50% of the fixed deposit if they meet the following conditions.

  • The applicant has spent at least MYR 500,000 on real estate, vehicles, school fees, or medical fees, AFTER obtaining the PVIP Visa.*
  • One year has passed since the applicant has obtained the PVIP visa.

* The applicant must spend a cumulative minimum of MYR 500,000 in any category after obtaining the PVIP Visa before requesting a withdrawal.”

★The remaining MYR 500,000 must be maintained during the duration of the visa.

 Required Documents

1. Passport Copy (All Pages) Must have a validity of above 24 months.
2. Marriage Certificate (If applicable) Document indicating legal marriage status.
3. Birth Certificate (If applicable) Document indicating time and place of birth of child.
4. Certificate of Good Conduct Certification of a lack of criminal records from the police.
5. Proof of Income Document indicating Combined income of MYR 40,000/month.
6. Bank Statement Document indicating income equal to or above MYR 480,000 from the past 12 months.
7. Passport-Sized Photos x 2 Blue background, 5.0 cm (H) x 3.5 cm (W).
8. Resume Simple document stating past employment and education history.
9. Certificate of Employment Confirmation of current employment status with company letterhead and seal.
10. PVIP Application Form This document will be prepared by our staff.
11. IM 12 This document will be prepared by our staff.
12. Medical Form 1 A form filled by a doctor from the applicant’s country of residence.

PVIP Application Steps and Procedures

1 Inquiry The main applicant schedules for a consultation with Cosmos Plan Japan Ltd or Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn Bhd, and expresses the intent to Apply for the PVIP Visa
2 Nomination of Agency The main applicant submits the relevant application documents and agreements for the review of Cosmos Plan Sdn Bhd’s Director.
3 First Agent Payment After approval from the Director, the main applicant will pay make payment for the first stage agency fees.
4 Submission of PVIP Application documents The Main applicant will submit the relevant application forms and supporting documents with the assistance from the Agent.
5 Issuance of Approval letter The review of documents will be completed in approximately 3 months after the final submission of documents, an approval letter will be issued if the applicant passes the review.
6 Second Agent Payment After the issuance of the approval letter, the main applicant will make payment for the second stage agency fees.
7 Post approval

The main applicant will create the MYR 1,000,000 fixed deposit and undergo a basic health examination to complete the final requirements of the visa. *

8 Issuance of Visa The main applicant’s passport will be provided to the department of immigration for the issuance of the visa.

* Applicants or dependents below 60 years old will be required to purchase health insurance applicable to Malaysia.

The approval letter will be rescinded 6 months after the date of issuance if the application is not completed.
