Travel Terms and Conditions
1Scope of Contract
Travel arrangements with Tropical Resort Lifestyle Co., Ltd. or TROPICAL RESORT LIFESTYLE SDN. BHD. (hereinafter “the Company”) are governed by Malaysian law, not Japanese law. Terms and conditions based on Japan’s Travel Agency Act do not apply. These terms define the contract between the Company and customers using our services.
2Definition of Contract Scope
The Company acts as an agent, intermediary, or broker on behalf of customers upon request. We undertake to arrange for customers to receive services provided by accommodation facilities, transportation providers, etc.
3Formation of Contract
The travel contract is formed when the Company accepts the conclusion of the contract and the customer submits the prescribed application form with all required information and deposit.
4Cancellation Policy
Once a contract is concluded, customers may cancel by paying the following cancellation fees:
- More than 30 days before: No charge
- 29-15 days before: 20% of total
- 14-7 days before: 30% of total
- 6-2 days before: 50% of total
- Day before or day of: 100% of total
