As a comprehensive support company holding multiple licenses, we have a proven track record of helping over 2,000 people obtain visas.

Our group consists of four companies: Tropical Resort Lifestyle (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd., an authorized MM2H visa agent; Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd., which holds a local travel agency license; Cosmos Plan Sdn. Bhd., an authorized PVIP visa agent and real estate consulting firm; and Cosmos Realty, which holds a real estate brokerage license. Although the companies are separated for licensing purposes, they are effectively a single entity with the same management and office.
Furthermore, Cosmos Plan Co., Ltd., our general agent in Japan, holds a Japanese real estate brokerage license and is managed by the same management team as our Malaysian operations.
Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd. was established on Penang Island in 1999 and began operations as a local travel agency and an authorized agent for the Malaysian Long-Term Stay Visa (MM2H Program). In 2018, due to revisions in government regulations, the travel agency and MM2H visa licenses were separated into distinct companies.

Company History
Since our establishment in 1999, we have served as a pioneer in supporting long-stay and MM2H visa applications in Malaysia, assisting over 2,100 individuals in obtaining their visas.
April 1999
Established “Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd.” as a company supporting long-term stays in Penang.
As of October 2021, we have assisted over 2,000 Japanese and foreign nationals with their MM2H visa applications.

April 2002
“Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd.” obtained a license as an official agent for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme. Began handling MM2H applications.
April 2003
“Tropical Resort Lifestyle Sdn. Bhd.” obtained a Malaysian Inbound Travel Agent License. Began offering long-stay site visits and experience tours.
Formed partnerships with Nippon Travel Agency, Kinki Nippon Tourist, JTB, and others. Handled over 20,000 tour participants.
