MM2H Visa Extension

MM2H Visa Extension After Passport Renewal

The MM2H visa is valid for 5 years. When you first applied for your MM2H visa, Immigration only issued it until your passport expiration date. Therefore, when you obtain a new passport, you need to complete an “extension procedure” to transfer the remaining years to your new passport.

The visa extension procedure requires you to enter Malaysia in person.
