Tropical Resort Lifestyle 25th Anniversary

Tropical Resort Lifestyle held its 25th anniversary event on October 31, 2025. We celebrated 25 years of growth and achievements, and our future journey, together with our customers and business partners.

The morning began with the 25th Anniversary Golf Competition. Participants gathered at Templer Park Golf Club early in the morning, enjoying a friendly yet spirited tee-off.

In the evening, the venue shifted to the Le Méridien Hotel for the Appreciation Dinner. Guests were warmly welcomed at reception, enjoyed commemorative photos, and entered the venue amid an atmosphere of excitement.

The evening program commenced with congratulatory remarks from President Masayoshi Saito of main sponsor Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn Bhd, followed by a greeting from General Manager, Jenny Ong. The golf competition awards ceremony honored the winners. Mr. Noda, representing MM2H visa holders, proposed a toast. A Japanese dance performance added to the splendid occasion.

Next, Director Takakatsu Ishihara presented on the company’s 25-year journey. Key milestones, projects, and business growth were introduced via slides, reflecting on the company’s path.

Founder and Chairman Mr. Shotaro Ishihara shared his founding aspirations and vision. Attendees listened attentively as he recounted the company’s history, including becoming the first Japanese national to obtain a formal license for Malaysian real estate brokerage and the establishment of Cosmos Reality.

Finally, founding partner Ms. Sharon delivered the closing remarks. Participants mingled and took commemorative photos, concluding the event in a warm atmosphere.
